Dear Dr. Alconcher, My name is Tomer Erlich and I am a research fellow in pediatric urology in McMaster Children?s Hospital at McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada. I am conducting a systematic review that focuses on vesicoureteral reflux in the contralateral kidney of patients with unilateral multicystic kidney. In your publication ?Multicystic dysplastic kidney detected by prenatal ultrasonography: Conservative management? you mentioned the number of patients with vesicoureteral reflux in the contralateral kidney; I would appreciate your assistance in determining the vesicoureteral reflux grade of these patients. Our primary outcome is the grade distribution of the vesicoureteral reflux, but we are also looking for urinary tract infection events, use of prophylactic antibiotic, surgery for reflux and resolution of the reflux in this population.
